I am now getting tons of exercise in each week. I walk my daughter to school (1 mile) then I run home along the beach (2 miles) then later I pick her up from school (2 mile round trip). And then there is walking to stores, grocery, restaurants, etc. (We are still living in a hotel until our furniture arrives). So, at a minimum, I am walking 15 miles and running 10 miles a week. Yesterday I logged 20,000 steps on my fitbit!
