i had some brownies left over from a meal for a friend i made, and they were so gooey and calling my name...normally i could eat half a pan but i had a couple small finger fulls and then instead of my normal thought pattern,>>"well, you've eaten a bad food so you have blown it for the day, might as well just eat bad all evening and eat all these brownies"...
i washed my hands, had a small orange, brushed my teeth, and went to bed! I didn't beat myself up over it and i'm proud of myself for starting today off positively instead of worrying about the 1 lb. weight gain the scale showed this morning...i said, "oh well, must be muscle i've added from that work out yesterday" instead of saying 'that brownie ruined my progress, might as well binge all weekend and start my ''diet '' back Monday...(with me, ..it's always waiting to start back on Monday...haha)..
Spark People is definitely helping to remodel me into a positive person...thank God!
