Lucas's Birthday fun

Yesterday was a crazy one for me.The whole weekend actually. Working for a living really puts me on a time restraint for party planning! Had my youngest childs 3rd birthday party. It was so much fun I thought I would share a little :) I wish I would have taken more pictures.

Cant have a party without cake! Mommy pulled this one off ok considering she couldnt find her decorating tips! Thank goodness mud could be involved :)


Its official! Lucas is 3 :) Happy Birthday sweet boy.


Everything went so well! It was a beautiful day so the flowing of 45 people in and out of the house worked well.

Only 2 months until the next childs birthday! This one will be at the skating rink. Lucky me ;)

Me in 12 Weeks?

Hmmm....

I like to take one day at a time in my life because it just seems so much less overwhelming. If I had to picture what I will reach in a 12 week goal I know the sky is the limit. I am capable of making an entire life change in 12 weeks. Here is what it would look like.

I am 12 pounds lighter in 12 weeks.
I am no longer a stress drinker in 12 weeks.
I no longer lose my patience with my kids out of pure exhaustion in 12 weeks.
I am working on heavy strength training in 12 weeks.
I am able to have a success story blog in 12 weeks.
I am organized in my diet in 12 weeks.
I feel sexy with my husband in 12 weeks.
I will fully RUN a 5K in 12 weeks.
I will climb the rope in the Spartan race in 12 weeks.
I will go swimsuit shopping and enjoy it in 12 weeks.

Most important.

I will be a healthier me in 12 weeks.



I know that the only way to achieve this is by focus, planning and pure drive. I am already on track and cant imagine living life any other way today or any day to come. I will continue to track my food (most important) and spend 3 days in the gym running. I will continue to learn about new foods and recipes. I will continue to grow my personal relationships in my life and with my Jesus in order to have peace in my soul. With a positive attitude, my families support and my Pixie team cheering me on I can NOT fail.

C is for CHILDREN...you have? 3- Destanie 11, Ethan, 7 and Lucas 2
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Wine and beer while hanging with friends
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Early bird
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? 2 Dogs a cockatiel and a not so furry turtle
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Love to cook- eat mostly chicken, fish and veggies. I like the rule to use the outside of the grocery store.
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Dallas GA
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? My children are my inspiration in everything. I dont think I have ever had a role model.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I am a manger in a call center for a large company.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Positive attitude, every choice counts so I just try to stay focused.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Yes, I really believe in them and that they work.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Happily married
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Its my name and birthday. My username for everything. lol
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? atleast 80, I love water!
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? I try to consume 5-6 sometimes I get more- often less but I do decent.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? This to shall pass.
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 4 hours lately. It comes and goes.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'7
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? wine with friends, wish I had a hobby...
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Australia! I have a brother, nephew and 2 nieces there
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? I dont but need to find one I am comfortable with at the gym in front of all the men.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to improve my horrible running time and fit better in my jeans.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I dont dwell. I like the idea that you can change every second of your life. I am a never ending work in progress.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Positive frame of mind!

    How big is your turtle? I have a friend who has desert tortoise that are huge.

I am positive person. I think that people should have faith in something and themselves. I see something positive in everything. The more I learn the more I change. I do not believe that my opinion is fact, I believe that everyone is entitled to an opinion and I do not have to agree but that it does not have to make me angry to disagree. I will never change who I am because some people do not see happy or positive as a good thing. Do not mistake happy for naive or friendly for lack of education. There is no part of me that I am afraid to share. I have NOTHING to prove to you. If that makes me boring. So be it.

I will continue to be Happy, Positive, and Boring.
