So today I startd my workout and eating healthy program.. I don't consider me being on a diet. I am simply learning to eat better. Although last week I spent 12 hrs in emergency room with female issues and i am still somewhat hurting, I did my 30 min cardio and weight lifting on my total gym this morning anyways.. My 30 min cardio was not hard at all, and I really wanted to keep going...Right now I feel wonderful. and am looking at treadmill and thinking, hey I could do 20 more min, but I dont want to over do it.. Have my water and feel wonderful..I am NOT letting anything stop me this time on getting healthy..
