Going it alone and I don't mind. My dd (14) lives with her dad. Which only happened over the last 18 months. But after our tornado, I had to move in with them. While appreciated, did not work very well. In october they found an apartment and moved out. So I'm used to being alone and I like it. She is my only family. I don't have any close friends to help encourage and motivate me so here is where SP comes in. PS I am not lonely. I like to be alone, I should work from home, lol.
SP motivates me. I can find any info and tips here that I need. And I love Bob and Jillian. I love to read other peoples blogs and have people respond to mine.
I have been counting calories on a wipe board on my refrigerator. But now I need to convert over to SP counter to make sure I'm getting proper nutrition. I don't eat junk though, just need to see the protein, calcium, etc.
And I need to start working out soon, tomorrow. I'm going to do anything that counts starting with 10 mins. A slow commitment. Anything goes. I want to work up to the C25K, again. I made it up to the 20 min week before. And I really liked it.
I have been a come/go SP. I plan to stay. All my old SP friends and teams are mostly inactive, so I'm looking for new ones.
And I'm still really motivated!!
