Fought off a binge!

I have been doing a challenge to become 21 days binge free. Its been going pretty good. My food has been a lot better and while i haven't had a true binge, i have overate a couple days. Today I am 100% on track, have tracked everything that has gone in my mouth. This afternoon about an hour ago, i felt a binge coming on, even though about an hour before that I just had a huge lunch, so i knew i wasnt hungry so here is what i did to prevent myself from binging. One thing I wanted to share was when i feel a binge coming on, I make myself a glass of hot tea! It really helps. I also keep an exercise ball in my living room, and when i think Im hungry, i get my ball and bounce on it. It distracts me and keeps me out of the kitchen! My number 1 thing i go to when i feel a binge coming on, like today, is hot tea. I have tons of different flavored teas, including lots of green tea.

Nobody said this journey is easy, but like the best travel destination on the far side of the world, it's worth some hassle just to get there!

What I really really like about this little blog is that it's packed full of little things which result in a BIG thing, your success today! You recognise your weakness (it's the same for most of us), you have worked out a plan which is achievable, you have put things around you whereby you can fulfil those distractions - and you have made them work. Fantastic.

Repeat this tomorrow, and the next day, and the nex………..

… and you'll reach that destination.

My tribute for someone who changed my life is to my online coach, Coach Krystie! She has changed my life in so many ways! Coach Krystie is an amazing inspiration to me! She has helped me in so many ways! She has encouraged me to do whatever it takes to reach my dreams! Coach Krystie has motivated me to lose weight, be a more positive person, and stand up for myself! With having Coach Krystie as my coach, I have lost over 50 pounds, have lost tons of inches, I have reached many goals, am a positive person and have a more positive outlook on life, am more outgoing, have more self esteem and so much more. You see, Coach Krystie is there for more than just sending exercises and giving nutrition advice, she encourages you in everyway! She has encouraged me to reach for my full potential in every aspect of my life. I have overcome so much because of Coach Krystie! I have been a client of Coach Krystie's for over a year, and I have had amazing results and she has been there for me every single step of the way, to help me through the rough times, cheer me on through the good times, and celebrate my victories and the goals I have reached. Without Coach Krystie in my life, I would have given up a long time ago! I am so thankful for her and all that she does! She is a great coach and a great friend! She is just simply absolutely amazing!

Our A & I challenge this week is to list 5 things to make ourself priority

Here is my list

1. Eat healthy no matter what anyone says and tries to get me to eat

2. Drink lots of water

3. Exercise

4. Find time for making cards

5, Promote Body By Vi because that is important to me

One of my favorite recipes- banana soft serve "Ice cream"

One of my favorite dessert recipes is Banana Soft serve "ice cream" No dairy so I can have as much a I want and made totally from bananas!


4 frozen bananas


Place frozen bananas in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse several times to break into smaller pieces, then turn on and run for about five minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl. The bananas will start to resemble soft serve in a few minutes. Transfer to a bowl and place in freezer for about 15 minutes, if you'd like, or serve immediately.

My husband loves this as well! Its easy and healthy for hot summer day!
