Today I ended up going WAY over my calories!

Otherwise it was a good day - the church breakfast was good and I only took a little bit of each of my favorites. No extra helpings and didn't take anything I didn't love. Partcipated in a skit at church and sang in the choir for Palm Sunday.

After church popped in for a quick visit to my mom, to catch up with her. I was good and passed up popcorn when she made some for the kids.

Then it was home for lunch where I had some tomato soup. My downfall here is that I think Cheez-Its go really good in tomato soup.

Then off to DD1 first soccer game of the season. She scored a goal!!! and she held her own when she was goal keeper.

Between how great she did today at soccer and the fact that I was going to be solo parenting tonight...I let the kids talk me into McDs for supper, but before we went I forced myself to do 35 minutes on the elliptical and then when we went I got a salad with grilled chicken.

When we finished supper, I let the girls play for a little bit, and then I had them get in their Pjs and we all watched Tangled on DVD (there was a little bit of snacking here, but portion controlled).

Now they are off to bed. I am going to have a small glass of wine and I will be off to bed too.

Plan on really focusing on healthy eating and lots of exercise tomorrow!

emoticon day today!!

Stayed in control at the birthday party. My plan of having a healthy lunch right before leaving worked. Didn't touch any pizza or cake and got in 65 minutes of rollerskating! I also did a little cardio and ST at home today as my captain told me that I couldn't count the rollerskating for the week-end challenge.

Tomorrow will be a bigger challenge. I antcipate that I will be over my range tomorrow due to our Palm Sunday breakfast at church. I will track all of it and try to make good choices.

Proud of myself today!

I stayed with in my calorie range.

I finished up my 5k Friday even though I wanted to stop.

What needed tweaking - I could have gotten a few more freggies.

Need to make sure I eat lunch before taking my daughter to her friends bday party tomorrow, so that I can avoid the pizza and cake.
