Digg Deep 100 day challenge days 11 and 12

Well, I finally fell off the tracking wagon and I'm trying to get back up.

I did exercise Satuday and Sunday - Saturday was 35 minutes of Walk It Out and Sunday was a little mix of cardio and ST using a playing card challenge.

Right now I'm caught up in the excitement of a new round of BLC!

reporting for yesterday

Tracking: yes

Exercise: I did 50 minutes on the elliptical.

Yesterday was may Weight Watcher weigh-in and I was a little dissapointed that I was only down .2, but it was still a loss, and I did eat breakfast a little closer to weigh in than I usually do.

    Just like the energizer bunny -she keeps on ticking. I had a really tough week last week due to chronic headaches - but this week is looking much better!!

reporting for yesterday.

Tracking - yes. Yesterday was the end of my Weight Watcher week, and I tracked everyday and ended my week with 4 weekly points leftover. This is the most consistent I have been with tracking since I started Weight Watchers about 6 years ago!

Exercise - yes. Not a lot, but did get some in. I did a 10 minute video called Bridal Absession. Very effective ab moves!

BLC 16 is about to start, so I will have even more incentive to lose these pounds!

    You sound like me. I have such a hard time tracking, I have been back at weight watchers now for almost a year. Not sure why I can't just do it. I can do just about everything else but track everyday seems to be a chore for me!! emoticon

Tracking - yes. Only had 1 snack that I didn't plan on.

Exercise: This was a planned rest day do to a hectic schedule.

I had a little me time by getting my haircut today. I used to always put off haircuts, but I've gotten good about scheduling my next appointment before I leave.

Tracking - I did at everyday, no matter what I had to write in that tracker.

Exercise - I exercised 6 out of 7 days. I did a good variety of cardio and ST.

Weight: Happy to report that I am down 1lb.
