Reporting for yesterday.

Tracking - yes. Couldn't seem to stop snacking yesterday and most of it was not healthy, but its all there in the tracker. Lunch and dinner were light so I thinked that helped. Only used 2 of my weekly points, so I have 27 for the next 2 days.

Exercise - It was a light cardio day. I did 30 minutes of my Walk It Out game.

Reporting for yesterday.

Not my best day yesterday.

Track - yes. I definately went overboard on the eating yesterday, but I tracked it all. I now only have 29 Weekly Points Allowance left. Thank goodness the weekend went well. My Weight Watchers day is Friday so those 29 need to hold me over until then (plus any activity points I earn).
In the past, once I would start to get out of control the tracking would stop.
I need to stop hiding from my mistakes and own them so that I may learn from them.

Exercise - I did a 20 minute ST and cardio circuit called Major Metabolism Booster. I have to admit that I was fizzling out on some of the cardio bursts, but the ST segments were effective, because my upper body is sore today.

Tomorrow will be the 1st weigh-in of the 100 day challenge and I am staying positive that it will be a loss!

Reporting for yesterday.

Tracking: yes - Dinner was a little heavy, so I had to use activity points and a few of my weekly points allowance, but this is the first time in a very long time that I have made it through the weekend with most of my weekly points (still have 41).

Exercise: I am going to try to make Sundays family fitness days. Temps were in the low 50s, so we decided on a family walk at a local rail trail. The kids took their scooters and hubby and I walked. We did 70 minutes!

    Family fitness days is a great idea and sure makes it more fun for all. With the weather breaking - it should become a little easier to fit this in.

Keep up the hard work. And I know what you mean about the success of making it through the weekend with some lest over weekly points - I, unfortunately, did not make it this weekend so it is a "earn to eat week"!! LOL

- Reporting for yesterday

Tracking - yes (only used one of my weekly points allowance)

Exercise - do to my crazy schedule yesterday, it was a planned rest day

This has been day 4 of tracking everything I eat and this has been the most consistent I have been in a awhile. I am planning and thinking before I eat.

I was very proud of myself for turning down pizza and cupcakes at a kids bday party. I was hungry so I bought myself a small salad from the salad bar.

Not sure why things are suddenly clicking for me, but very happy they are.

Digg Deep 100 day challenge - Day 3

Day 3 feels like a success! My weigh in at Weight Watchers, I was down 1.8 lbs from last Friday. I keep my Spark weigh ins separate from my WW weigh ins, because I weigh on a different day and later in the morning (post breakfast).

I've tracked everything. I did have a bit of a heavy dinner, but only had to use 2 activity points at the end of the day (I had earned 3).

Exercise: Did a walk/jog 5k on the treadmill and came in with a time of 47:48.
Patting myself on the back because I went to the gym, even though the friend I usually go with decided not to.

I also came up with a bunch of rewards (some small, others not so small) for my weight loss progress.

147 = new playlist
146 = new exercise outfit
145 = heart rate monitor
144 = get fitted for running shoes
143 = new playlist
142 = pedicure
141 = new playlist
140 = new cell phone
139 = new outfit
138 (Weight Watchers goal weight) = new workout toy and new spark name
137 = new bras and undies
136 = new bathing suit
135 (my personal goal weight) = Ipad!!!

Way to stick with it Dulci. And I love the "earn to eat" too - I need to get back at it - if you ain't EARNED it, don't eat it!!
