reporting for yesterday.
Tracking - yes. Yesterday was the end of my Weight Watcher week, and I tracked everyday and ended my week with 4 weekly points leftover. This is the most consistent I have been with tracking since I started Weight Watchers about 6 years ago!
Exercise - yes. Not a lot, but did get some in. I did a 10 minute video called Bridal Absession. Very effective ab moves!
BLC 16 is about to start, so I will have even more incentive to lose these pounds!
