Day 3 feels like a success! My weigh in at Weight Watchers, I was down 1.8 lbs from last Friday. I keep my Spark weigh ins separate from my WW weigh ins, because I weigh on a different day and later in the morning (post breakfast).
I've tracked everything. I did have a bit of a heavy dinner, but only had to use 2 activity points at the end of the day (I had earned 3).
Exercise: Did a walk/jog 5k on the treadmill and came in with a time of 47:48.
Patting myself on the back because I went to the gym, even though the friend I usually go with decided not to.
I also came up with a bunch of rewards (some small, others not so small) for my weight loss progress.

138 (Weight Watchers goal weight) = new workout toy and new spark name
