This weekend we will be joining 13 teams in a Straight Minutes Challenge!
Challenge runs THURSDAY - MONDAY
This weekend's challenge is called Simply Minutes and it's simple -- count your activity minutes! And to honor Thanksgiving Day on November 25 for most of BLC challengers we're combining the TNT and weekend challenge for a FIVE-DAY weekend challenge! How else will you earn points on Thanksgiving Day?
The challenge runs from THURSDAY to MONDAY!
FOUR of those days the MAXIMUM number of minutes you can count is 90 minutes! ONE day, of your choice, you may have no maximum minutes...so rack them up! So if you're planning a day with more than 90 minutes of activity (like a half marathon!), you can use your no-max day to count those minutes.
For this challenge we can count ANY activity that is beneficial to your health -- walking counts, gardening counts, washing your car counts. As long as you feel that the activity offered either a cardio, ST or stretching benefit, you can count it! Please, just be honest with yourself, as always!
Points are awarded at 1 point per minute, with a maximum of 90 points for four days and no maximum on the other. Please post on the tracking thread by Midnight EST Monday for your points to count for the team!
Thursday - 25 minutes
Friday - 35 minutes
Saturday - 20 minutes
Sunday - 69 minutes
Monday - 69 minutes
