Plan/Prepare - Grocery shopping was done yesterday, so there are lots of fresh freggies in the house. I know tomorrow is Turbulent Twists and tomorrow is also my gym day, so I will plan the exercises and draw the cards tonight, so that I can just go to the gym with my workout list (I'd look pretty silly with a deck of cards at the gym. There don't seem to be any parties or events planned this week, so I think I am pretty safe food wise.
Act - All nutrition and exercise is tracked for today. I got in my workout even though I was a little tired when I got home from work (and it was a tough one).
Write - Well I must have done something write last week to lose 2 pounds. I think it was being more consistent with my exercise last week.
Set - My scale goal is to lose 1.4lbs. this week.
My non-scale goal is to track all week.
Execute - I was really wishy-washy about what exercise I wanted to do today. In the end, I decided to drag out my old EA Active game. I did a 20 minute circuit set on hard and it kicked my butt!
