I may not be seeing much in the scale department but I am feeling better and I am noticing that I am firmer and my skin has the shine and tautness of my youth!! So, the above statement I totally agree with!!

I have continually met my fitness goals!
I am eating lots of whole foods and keeping to my healthy eating plan!
I am watching my sodium intake and keeping it under 2300mg!

Food Allergies

I would really love to be able to do the menu planner but I have a dairy allergy along with gluten sensitivity. Is there any eating plans for folks with gluten/dairy allergies?

    You can perform a recipe search by going to the link below and click on the icon that reads "Show Advance Options":<
Next to the Dietary section, select Gluten Free to exclude recipes from your search. If there are any dairy products within the ingredients, you will know to avoid that particular recipe and move on to the next one.
