I have tried to increase my exercise time--which was easy since I came from O min a day to about 30. I continue to watch my diet and I am very serious about loosing 15 pounds by Christmas.
Today was a hard day to watch what I east. My girls wanted to go to a career fair and out to eat. I did not exercise and I know that is something I need to do.
Today I am hoping my life will change by tracking my weight loss and finding supporting friends. If you need a weight loss buddy, let me know.
