I am really getting into these devilish little iron balls- and now that I see that they have been added to the cardio section of the fitness tracker and they burn mega calories, I love them even more!
My pt showed me 3-4 basic moves and I've been learning more on youtube.
Tuesday is my regular day to babysit Lucy (gives mommy a day alone with baby William to get things done) and she is one busy 19 month old!
Tuesday evenings I go to our local market for a cooking class (demonstration, really) with DD- which gives us a light supper.
I usually take Tuesdays as a rest day from exercise.
Tonight I am going over to babysit for Lucy and William at 7 after cooking class- not sure if I'll get back online to finish sparking so will probably see you tomorrow!
Well, except the New Year's Eve party we're going to.
My humongous family party yesterday was scaled down somewhat by the start of a winter storm- only about 50 people showed up- but those of us who came brought food for 80 so there was WAY too much food.
I cleaned ALL the goodies out of my house except for a small plate of cookies that DH likes but I do not.
Here's a pic of my older sis and I wearing the ugly Christmas sweaters our younger sister (who didn't come home this year) sent us from NC. They're not THAT ugly, are they?
Looks like the snow has stopped here although the wind is still blowing and there's maybe 8" but it's hard to tell because it was so windy the drifts are big- I cannot open my front door as there is a one foot pile of snow that would fall into my condo- have to wait to get shoveled out- they came through with a plow a few times.
Guess I'll stay home and take the tree down today- maybe hit the gym later if I can get out. I need it bad. I am supposed to take care of Bill, my 96 yr old who collapsed on me last week but is fine now, but that is probably not happening- or, maybe I'll bring him supper instead of lunch to give his daughter a break.
