I am loving the New You Bootcamp videos

I am on day 18 and I am very proud to say I have done every day so far. Some days I did the video twice. I can see a difference in my waist and hips. I can feel the difference with my jeans on too. At first I didn't think I was going to be able to keep up but if I didn't understand something I went back and did the video again till I got it right. I will be putting these videos in my favorites and continue to do them even after the monthly challenge is over. 10 minutes of strength and 30 minutes of cardio a day is awesome !

    love them too. thought i was the only 1 seeing a difference. i decided i need to do spark videos all the time and i am going to keep up with the bootcamp too. it's a lot of fun anyway and it's not too time consuming.

Third week straight of Biggest Loser night

I am looking forward to my elliptical tonight for the first hour of The Biggest Loser. This will be my 3rd week exercising for the first hour of the show. I have asked people to join me in this each week and I am excited with how many people are doing this with me. A little over 4 hours and I'll be burning lots and lots of calories.

It just amazes me, all the changes in my life and how well everything is going for me. I have been so used to blowing my food on Friday night and ruining the weekend with what ever I wanted and telling myself I'll start over on Monday. Every day is a brand new day and there is no longer the "I'll start over on Monday" attitude.
I track everything that goes into my mouth and if I happen to go over my calories for the day, I will workout longer and harder to burn those calories.

THINK POSITIVE !!
CALORIES IN- CALORIES OUT !!

    Thank you for this reminder Dawn!! I ate way too much today and a few days last week. I've been going out often with friends/this boy and though I've been taking home half my portions and making sure to incorporate lots of veggies, i'm still going over my cals. :( Not good.
I'm going to get up early and go work out for 1.5 hours before work so I have no excuses later on in the day! I'm so impressed with your outlook and attitude and the fact that you've already made goal for this month!! emoticon

Learning to love exercise

I am finally getting it. Calories in- Calories out ! Exercise is not my enemy. It is my friend. It's a friend I look forward to everyday. It's sad that it took me a year to figure it out but better late then never.

Big Breakfast

Well, I told myself when I woke up that I would ask the waitress for a togo box along with my breakfast so when my food came to the table I would cut everything in half and take half home with me. I ordered and forgot to ask for a box. My food came and she had everyone else's food to hand out yet so I didn't ask for a box. So I decided I would give one bacon and one sausage to Craig to eat. I was feeling good about this. I looked at the pancakes and knew there was no way I could eat both of them, so I was feeling even better about breakfast. I started to eat my home fries and it was loaded with onions and bell peppers. There was hardly any potatoes so I passed on that pretty much. I picked through all the bell peppers and onions and found a few potatoes. I ate my two eggs and I felt really hungry still, so I started on the pancakes. OMG !!! They were the best pancakes I have ever had. I didn't leave anything on that plate. I was now stuffed and mad at myself for doing that. I know better and I knew that that last bite was not going to be any better then the first bite and I should have stopped. I now have eaten almost my whole days calories for breakfast. I have a lot of exercising to do today !!
NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS !!!!!! OMY.. I was a bad girl for breakfast !! emoticon
