Since recovering from pneumonia, a knee sprain and months of laziness, I began actively working out again today and it felt great!! Why am I surprised? I really shouldn't have been.
Because I want to be a life-long exerciser, I realized I must take baby steps and not overdo it my first day back in training. So I cycled for 30 minutes on my computrainer...high cadence low resistance. Tomorrow I will aim for 45 minutes. Got to build those base miles. Can't wait to be out cycling the roads with my fabulous hubby!!!
