Has anyone tried rasperberry keytones? Green Coffee beans??? Heard a little about them on Dr.Oz, but wondering if any "real people" have tried them....I'm curious...sounds too good to be true, but I'm thinking of trying one or the other! Advice needed... emoticon

Haven't used this before...may be in the wrong spot to post this...I want to put one of the gaol trackers on my page...how do I add one for weight loss...I think it will motivate me more.

    Click on My Trackers. In small print on the left hand corner, click on frequently asked questions (faq). Then find the question to show how to set up a ticker. There you will be able to find the information on how to set up a ticker to keep up with the weight you lose. (Or you can set the ticker up to keep up with the amount of pounds you want to lose.

    You can ask questions on your blog or on the message boards.

You add the tracker on your spark page. Not your Start page. It's called a Ticker and is below your Spark Teams on your spark page.
