Water tomatoes, basil, and flowers that have been planted and everything that is still in pots. Yard needs mowing and dump truck load of mulch needs to be moved. Paint decks, garden fence, bench. And and and and. I am so happy winter is over.
Today I took a break from cardio machines and weights and walked in the therapy pool at my fitness center. I walked a mile in an hour and 40 minutes. I felt good when I finished. The best part, my knees felt fine.

I love walking in the pool....it is sooo easy on the joints. I have had both knees and hips replaced and it is the best place for me to walk. I just hate getting out and that feeling of gravity doubling its pull. Good luck. Lynel
I was so tired and sore by the time I got home last night (9) I did my trackers and checked my email and called it a day. Slept almost 11 hours. Church rummage sale is underway and I am home Setting up is fun fellowship and seeing old friends is great. This is my home church I grew up in and the people who knew and were friends with my parents.
Unfortunately it is a 50 mile trip to go out.
I did so so with the lunch yesterday (had ice cream and a spoonful of blueberries from a blueberry buckle). Lots of water and then as I left a muffin called my name and I answered the call.
So knowing approximately what a Panara carrot muffin cost it calories, I went straight to the fitness center and did 9.72 miles; 145 minutes and 1260 calorie burn.
Tonight is weigh in so we will see how well I did compensating for the dish to pass lunches all week while working on the church rummage sale set up.
