I just caanot get enough sleep. I do not think that I need more than 3-4 hours. but for the most part it seems enough but I reach a point in the day when I feel like I am dragging. emoticon

  Seven hours, I only need 4-5 straight hours. It has been that way all my life.

  I tried napping and all it does is make me cranky and then I cannot fall asleep at night.

    You almost certainly DO need more than four hours sleep. I have a similar problem and used to eat when what I needed was a nap! I recommend napping in the afternoon if you possibly can OR don't drink coffee, wine or liquor before bed. And don't exercise before bedtime. Wind down, don't watch TV, try reading before bed.

    Most people need at least 7-8 hours of sleep a day. You should try sleeping a little longer or taking a nap during the day to see if that helps.
