    It is true!!! I have a depression problem. I have taken medication that causes depression for 33 years. I have had to take anti-depressants most of that time. There have been times during that time I have been suicidal.When I lived in Claremore, OK and was going to RSC there was nights that I called the suicide hotline in Tulsa. Where I live now doesn't have one. I don't need one now, but I believe it would be a good idea for more places to have them. Just having people to talk to (which includes E-mails) and be so positive and kind helps a lot. wether it is only slight depression or major depression. The person just has to be willing. There have been times when I just wanted to be left alone. When people are being nice to you, it is hard to want to be left alone. When people are stealing your school books it is alot easier to want to stay away from other people. When teachers won't cooperate with your doctors about medication that needs adjustments and forces you to wait a year to take another class or change majors it is easy to get frustrated. SPARKS just is perfect, it has the right idea. No one has to let anyone know who they are, unless they want to. They can find friends that have hobbies and ages and locations, interests and more in common or start their own clubs, SPARKS is about as close to Heaven on Earth as you can get. It is no wonder, I am a SPARKAHOLIC. I am so glad others are finding this as satisfying as I am!!!! emoticon emoticon

Today has been a pretty decent day for me in many ways. I ate properly I was not as anxious as I usually am. Work was pretty bearable as well. emoticon

    why won't your mind shut down? I've been through those nights, too You have my sympathy Have you tried vitamin B6? that's the one that helps us sleep. You take it at night to avoid stomach upset Good luck emoticon
