    The main thing I learned from SP is this...cut out butter...I don't really miss it---cut our sweets..BUT, I have 1/2 cup of ice cream every evening--a must....and only eat cheese once during the day. Cut out all those other calorie dense things that I really don't miss that much (nuts, raisins) emoticon

I have learned to eat breakfast every morning. I eat oatmeal with berries. I dont eat lunch. Ihave dinner, I usually have what I call decent. I dont drink soda. I only drink water or seltzer. I know I have not been too active and I think thats what it is. emoticon

    I have learned to eat breakfast - lunch - dinner and have a (healthy) snack in the evening. I have been having a bowl of cereal, 1/2 cup of fruit or half a small banana, an 8 ounce glass of milk (whole) for both breakfast and lunch. Sometimes I will add a hard boiled egg, a cup of coffee and coffee mate. Dinners are usually normal foods/meals, but made healthier.
For me this works - and I did get my doctors approval first.
I'm learning to eat, without skipping meals. For me, this works. I'm sure I will improve as time goes on, making better choices for myself.

    Have you thought about a couple snacks? I know that I also skipped meals and didn't lose and even gained some times. I had to convince myself to eat a couple small snacks and three meals, even small ones to have a consistency that my body appreciated. Try it for a couple weeks, it may make a difference. a sanck could be a piece of fruit , nuts, raisins or some raw veggies, somethng that simple.
