    I'm sending you some emoticon to help brighten your day. I know it's difficult when anxiety is up and we're feeling bad, but do you think you could work on doing a daily gratitude list? It might lift your spirits. It doesn't have to be long and it can be quite simple. I know while I was struggling some days the only thing I could put that I was thankful for was my dog and cat...sometimes it was the air I breath...

In the mean time try to find something relaxing to do...soft music, a hot bath, deep breathing. Try something and if that doesn't work move on to the next.

I'm here for you and the team is too!

    Take a deep breath and try to relax, have you ever tried yoga? some of the dvds out there are strictly relaxing poses. My favorite is CandleLight Yoga by Crunch Video (if you have Netflix you can get it from them). It is so relaxing that by the time I'm done I'm almost asleep and feeling very calm and peaceful. And anyone can do yoga it's all about only doing what you can do and breathing.

    Sorry to hear your day isn't as good again. I feel pretty much the same.
If we lived closer we could spend quality time together, sharing a warm drink, relaxing, chatting.....whatever you want to do.

    Relax it's your day off. Listen to some gospel music and sip a cup of green tea. Close your eyes and picture the Lord Jesus standing in front of you telling you he will never leave you or forsake you. He's close by lifting you up to him. Be at peace for a few moments. (This helps me. Don't always work if I don't create a peaceful atmosphere though. Hard to be at peace when people are running around screaming and hollering at each other.) My thoughts and prayers are with you today. emoticon emoticon

    i know the feeling very well. when i feel myself slipping into a funk i try as hard as i possibly can to get up and get moving. go for a walk - it's one of the last beautiful warm days for a while. you'll be able to clear your head and get your day back on track. good luck!

    I have anxiety attacks, so I will know what you are going through. Then when I do have one, it takes all of the ambition out of me and then like you, I get depressed....I don't want to have to take any meds for this tho...I want to at least be able to function and have my control...
