    Hang in there! It took a while for me to stabalize on Lexapro. If need be take a small nap (have an alarm set or have someone wake you up). It takes a few weeks to get the full effect of the medication.

    a rain is only dismal if you let it be. i put on a rain jacket and go about my day,and whistle a happy tune and before you know it the sun is shining. emoticon

    Hang in there. Worrying about it will only lower your resistance.

As far as the rain goes, that's exactly what it will do - go. It's raining here in Newton, too. I don't mind it. We need it. It's a nice light rain, too.

    Have you tried praying while you are lying in bed? I'm not sure why but I find that by focusing my mind on the Lord's will for myself and others then I tend to sleep better. Just me though. Without my CPAP machine I was lost and didn't matter how much I prayed I never slept deeply enough to feel rested the next day. Sure hope you can find the answers you need.

    Have you tried reading before bed? Don't go into bed until you are ready for sleep. Try to limit any juice/caffine in the evening. I can't exercise at night because it keeps me awake when I should be sleeping. You might want to try switching the time you do your workout.

    I sympathise with you, I hardly get any sleep and when I do fall asleep I don't stay asleep and find it hard to go back into the sleep mode. I have had sleep studies but they didn't show much. I have a hyper-active mind that doesn't shut off. I have tried a variety of things to help me but nothing seems to work.

    I just get up when I wake up which is never later than 7.30 but can be as early as 3.30 and go to bed when I am tired the earliest being about 9.30pm.

    I share your problem.

Have you been tested for Sleep Apnea? I have it & you can't sleep well. I'm going to get a C-PAP machine (I hope).

Do you have pain? Pain can sometimes (probably most of the time) interfere with your sleep.

I hope that you find a solution.

    Getting too little sleep can be a contributor to anxiety and depression. Are you having trouble falling asleep or is it staying asleep? Perhaps try doing something to relax before going to bed. Deep breathing technicques can be helpful, a hot bath, reading, listening to soft music. Hope you get the good night's sleep that you need.
