Ok .. first I know that others may be able to read my blogs .. so while they may seem a little out there .. please keep in mind these at the moment are just for me to keep things straight .. sooo anyway ....
camping and diet do not mix LOL .. I started okay but soon lost track of my goals ( I will be working hard this week) and I swear I am going to kep this week good and next weekend I will do better :-)
between the pig roast on saturday, the drinking on friday, staying up wayyyyy to late, drinking on saturday (bed early though lol) and the potluck on sunday (and my downfall was made homemade mac and cheese yummmmm) .. i was too scared to log everything i ate and drank .. but i will be working on it ..
i did get some exercise in though lol .. dancing the night away on saturday :-)
i am parking further away at work and taking the stairs down (i am on the 10th floor) .. so little by little i am really getting into this ..
know that i will spend my time this week checking out camp friendly meals and drinks though .. got a wedding to attend this coming saturday and i am bringing the pulled pork
so to my FSM family .. may today be the day we achieve all we want

I have high hopes for this new me. I want to get healthy and lose some weight. I know that I plan on sticking with a diet and exercise, but I always lose track of what I am doing. I am trying to keep the negative stuff away. I can only strive to do my best. If you can't be there to help me or support me, don't say anything to me. Here is to new ideals and a slimmer waist line.

Although, here is a thought to ponder (and you have to know me to understand), as a pastafarian will the Great FSM deny me the touch of his noodly appendage, because I can't eat carbs??? LOL Hopefully as the all knowing FSM is great, he will understand that I am doing this for his benefit too. After all, I can't pass on his wisdom, if I am gone. After all, it will be a pirates life for me (just without all the carbs LOL).
