Well, things are slowly returning to normal around here. They have been a bit hectic these last few weeks with family in town. I didn't put on much weight (1/2 lb) but I've already started to take it off which I'm glad about. Also, with the start of the Fall semester begins hectic times at work (thus I haven't been on here much). I work as an advisor at a university in the area and so for the next month or so I will be busy helping students with schedules and such. I enjoy my job, so I don't mind, I just feel like SP will get pushed to the back. I have been tracking my food and exercise though and read articles during my break since it helps take my mind off of work for a little bit which helps.
Yesterday instead of going to the gym (I'm going to the gym MWF and working out at home TThS) I stayed home and did the step on my Wii. I actually like it because I was able to do the free step for 50 minutes and burn close to 300kcal all while watching TV. I know, not the best, but my legs are definitely feeling it this morning. Either way, keep on sparking on, people!
