Yesterday was a beautiful day and I got out for a little jog. I was surprised that I am still able to run 1.5 miles without stopping at a decent pace. I even had the stroller with me and that really slows me down.
So far, I am on track to make my monthly minutes of exercise goal and am eating better all the time.
Dinner portions are turning into reasonable amounts again.
I hope this weather continues...

so from now on, when I plate my meals, I will fill up the plate with the veggies first and then the rest of the meal in order of least fat to most. By the time I get to the part with the most fat, the plate will be full and I won't take as much, or I will cut it in half.

It seems to work to not look at the scale each day. After a week, I am down 2 pounds and expect to see more this week.
The weather is improving and I am going to try to get back to an extra workout two afternoons.

Goal - eat healthy
Goal - plan meals for the week
Goal - get 2 extra walking/jogging workouts this week
Goal - keep taking the food thing minute by minute
