After completing round 1 minus the last week of P90X I am definitely stronger and feel a great sense of accomplishment. I took 2 weeks off then started round 2, However, as I need to focus more on the nutriotion portion right now I feel the need to go back to Greysheet which is where I lost all my weight. It is a disciplined program and requires a lot of work. It also works more on the spiritual and emotional aspects too. So, that being said, I plan to put P90X on hold for now until I take off the 30 lb. I regained. My exercise will be cardio 3-4 times a week and 3 days of a total body workout. It will free up more of my time to concentrate on the weight loss. BUT, by no means will I forget about P90X because it is awesome.
I finally updated my photo and am not happy with what I am seeing since 2 years ago. My plan is to get back to goal weight by Sept 17 when I will turn 60, YIKES, 60:(
