W4, D4 and going strong with the exercise. My food, however, could be better, much better. I am going back to my old pattern of grazing. I made a few poor food choices over the last month but not many. Basically, I'm grazing on healthy food. That does not support my goal of losing weight. So, I'm tracking my food again in the food tracker. That eliminates all the guesswork and tells me exactly where I'm at caloriewise and nutrientwise.
I have a friend who started the program with me and she is looking amazing. She has lost weight but has not gotten on the scales. She's lost numerous inches including 2 inches off her thighs. She, unlike me has followed the P90X nutrition plan pretty faithfully. I'm not going to compare my success to hers but I am going to use that to encourgagement to stay focused with my food. Once again it proves what I already know...............................You follow the plan (any plan) you lose. You don't follow the plan you don't lose.
