For me structure is so important in my life and structure with my food is a must. There are many food plans that work but the key is sticking to it. I'm trying Wendy Chant's Conquer the fat loss code. It is structured yet it allows for "life" by aloowing carb up and even cheat days in moderation. Ahhhh, moderation, something I've not done well with in the past. I am going to give this an honest try. We'll see.
