So far, I have been doing good on getting my arms wrapped around my caloric intake. I have been having success in staying within my calorie limits. YEH! And I am seeing some results.
I plan to continue to focus on my calories for a bit longer. And when I am comfortable with my eating patterns, I am going to focus on exercising.
I struggle with bringing the two together. I am not giving up. I am just going to break it down into smaller pieces. First food and eating reasonably and responsibly. Then introduce more exercising.
When my schedule allows and when it is available, I do Zumba 3x week. But, I am completely sloughing off on my strength exercises. I have no motivation. I am not sure how to get my spark on for strength exercises.
For now, I am going to recognize I have an issue and somehow come up with a solution.
