New to all this so here it 1st official blog entry. Its taking me awhile to get used to all this...Im a slow person, I like to take my time with things, I get overwhelmed Have not entered any food intake yet...still trying to play around with the food choices.Trying to change it to what I have already in my house.I tried a new spark recipe last night. Altho I havent tried it yet, my fam loves for lunch I will try it out. I def dont eat enough...and when I do its junk. So I need to change that.Need to lose 50lbs. Its been almost 7 yrs I have been this weight. I was never heavy like this. Im up to the challenge. emoticon

    Good luck on your journey. Not eating enough is definitely an issue I'm familiar with. To me it is the most damaging thing I do and the cause of most of the weight I gained back. I had a hard time eating breakfast every morning, still do. But had no problem eating the bad things in the evenings. Since I've started making myself eat a healthy breakfast every morning those awful cravings and wanting to eat in the evening have, for the most part gone away. I can also promise you that if you start tracking what you eat, you'll see yourself changing the eating habits, you'll see that you are going past your nutrition goals and want to watch what you eat. So, if you don't do anything else yet, start tracking your nutrition right away. Best of luck to you.
