Waste of time

When I snooze the alarm for 20min.
When I take my car instead of walking to the neighborhood store
When I dont plan ahead my work out and I am thinking what to do
When I dont plan my meals ahead and end up with frozen meats to cook
watching tv for more than 1 hr a day....

    Yep, I agree, especially the tv part. I spend way too much time watching it. I need to do the same thing.

    I just set a personal goal of cutting out tv. My 4 yr old is adjusting, not too rough. I made the personal goal of standing (or moving) while watching tv, this helps me. emoticon emoticon

I made it through another day

Had a good day!! I only felt the urge to binge once and I made it through.... I felt like eating a whole bag of miniature powdered donuts and I only had 2, 110 calories in total, but overall my caloric intake was OK... I thought I would go through the day without exercising but I did 15 minutes of power walking to my favorite tunes at 11pm... not a good hour to do it but I had no choice, it was a busy day.... Thank you God, for a good day!!!....

Wow, it's so hard for me to write what I am feeling, its easier to read what other memebers write, but I am determined to make it work this time, so I am doing things differently this time. I want to be healthy and in order to do so I need to loose at least 50 pounds.... It`s soooo exciting to read success stories in this wonderful website.... but I need to write my own....

Today I did an 11 minute excercise video on line and walked for about 1 hr doing my shopping....

    welcome to SP! This is a great site - everyone is here for the same reasons so everyone supports each other.

I see you have joined some teams - that is a great start. By number one thing is the food tracker. Takes a while at first but once you have your favorites entered it becomes much quicker. It keeps you honest - lets you see what you are actually eating. No more - I only had a bite of this and then that - so you don`t realize how many calories actually there were. Also helps in making your choices - if you know you will be entering it - you may choose less or something different.

Remember - you can do this and you wil do this!
