This last time when I gained the weight I started to not be able to fit in many pairs of my pants. I ignored the fact that I had to jump around to get them on. Then I noticed that I looked really bad in almost all of my pants and so I stopped wearing everything except my yoga pants, sweat pants, and one pair of jeans that are on the bigger side. I've been wearing those since the summer and nothing else. Since losing 12 pounds I was hoping to lose 5 more pounds and then try on some of my pants that hadn't fit in awhile, but today I wanted to look a little sharper and so I decided what the heck I'm going to try some of my pants on. I have this really cool pair of red skinny jeans that stopped fitting a long time ago and they are perfect for tonight and I was scared they wouldn't fit. But guess what THEY FIT! They don't fit quite as well as I would have hoped, but they fit and it makes me so happy! I thought that I would share with everyone. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

So this morning I woke up and I didn't feel good. I made my breakfast juice and I just felt so sick. I know nausea is part of the juice cleanse, but this morning it was too much to handle, and so i didn't drink my juice and had apple slices instead. I've decided that today I'm going to take a break from the juice just for today and then get back to it tomorrow. If anyone has any advice I would be very appreciative, today has been miserable so far! I hope everyone is having a better day than me! Keep sparking!

So today I jumped on the scale and I had finally reached the 10 lbs down mark! Its actually 11 which makes me so happy! I've been stuck at a plateau for awhile and it feels good to break it.
So today is the second day of my juice cleanse and its going pretty good. I had to modify it a little yesterday because I was super grouchy and not fun to be around! I'm going to juice all day except one meal which I will eat heathy normal food. I think this will help me be able to maintain this juice thing a little longer, and it will help the transition after so that its still all heathy food. I was afraid that once I was done I would go out and eat a whole pizza or something! Pizza sounded really good yesterday, so I think this new plan will be better and I'm very excited. I'm still in the really out of it phase but by tomorrow or wednesday I should have gotten used to all of it! I think its a success right now! YAY!!

Todays sparkcoach program is something that I think about a lot! One of my favorite places to eat is Qdoba (Its like Chipotle but I think its 10 times better!). But they give you so much food, and sometimes its not all that good for you! But I have found a perfect solution! When I go I get the you pick two menu, which is normally way too much food, but what I do is I get two naked burritoes. On both of them all I put is rice, grilled chicken, and Pico de Gallo salsa. Then I eat one at the restaurant and take one home for another meal. Its Perfect and so tasty! Plus you save a little money because you can eat two meals for the price of one! I hope that this helps people trying to eat out, its tasty and easy on the wallet! Keep sparking everyone!
