I was a bit nervous having to weigh in today, but I did it. And, to my surprise, I lost more than I thought I would: 1.6 lbs. If, by next week, I lose .6 lbs, I won't have to pay for any more meetings because i will be within 2 lbs of my goal weight (well, my Weight Watcher goal weight, not my own!) I think this loss has put everything back into the drive I was looking for. I am so ready to loose this weight and keep it off. I keep thinking back to the summer, when we had company over and I came walking out in my bikini and my husband looked at me and said, "Gosh, you are so skinny!" That is what is going to get me back to where I was.
So, wish me luck and here I go in my journey!

So, I did it! I went back to Weight Watchers today. Ugh, that was so not fun getting on that scale. Last time I went to a mtg was in July. I'm up 15 lbs since then. How did that happen? Oh, I know. I kept up with the exercising, but not with the eating. So, thanks to my friend Suzy, I went back to WW with her. I'm hoping this time, I'll keep it up. I can't go on like this anymore.

Wow, it has been a while since I last blogged. Man, have things changed. I'm supposed to blog about 5 things that motivate me (I'm on the biggest loser Lemon team). So, here goes:
1. My friends - Spark and gym buddies
2. Seeing my clothes get big on me
3. The way I feel after a great workout
4. People who have over come such amazing obstacles & changed their old habits
5. My husband. He's a cyclist and is so passionate. I want to be like that!!

O.k, I hope this isn't too late, but we had to post a blog about our bar-b-que for July 4th. Our bbq was on Sunday. Our family came over for some sun and fun. After shmoozing for a bit, we all hopped into the pool. How great it was when I came out and my husband said, "Wow, Chana, you look fantastic in your bikini! You are so skinny!" Ok, that made my day.
Lunch was hamburger and hot dogs. Oh, not for me. I threw a salmon burger on the grill and had that along with an oroweat thin sandwich (they are so good), salad and watermellon. Yes, there was soda, but I stuck to my crystal light. It was a great day, especially since I got to do a 3 hour hike in the morning.
