My personal challenge update: week 4

Update for 7/28/07.
Lost 3 1/2 lbs.!!! That makes 4 1/2 lbs. in 4 weeks. Not bad. Eating less and doing my belly dancing tape, which is alot of fun and really works. I also took my measurements, while my waist and hips have not changed any, have lost another 1/4in. on my neck. I'll try to keep the momentum going. :) Almost forgot..... looked through my weight book and this is the lowest weight I've been since 6/06!!!!!!!! whoo hooo!!

Am very happy today, on week 3 of my personal challange and lost 3/4lb. to make a pound in two weeks!! Some people may think that's not much but I'm happy with it. Anything that is not a gain is GOOD.
Slow and Steady wins the race :)

Started my walking program yesterday, pushed Raine, my grandaughter, 1 mile in her stroller. Even jogged once between telephone poles just to see if I could make it. Woo Hoo! Today is strength training but I might do a little belly dancing too, we'll see.

7/ 15 /07
Well, after staying the same weight wise last week, I lost a quarter lb. this week so for me week 2 was a success. I'm going to try to start on my walking tomorrow to help keep the momentum going, also I got a belly dancing tape from which is really fun. So we'll see how it goes.

July 7th
Well after my scary night, the rest of the week was good. Weigh-in was today and I turtled, which after going to a family bbq on the 4th is a really good thing. So I consider the first week of my challenge a success. Now I just need to keep the momentum going and see if I can lose a bit, but as long as I don't gain, I'll be happy.
