Well I'm back at work again and while I've only been eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I need to watch what I'm eating. Lunch is the problem. Not having the right foods to eat and little time to eat in. Each day I tell myself I'm going to make my lunch and each morning I get busy and forget. Tomorrow is 8/27 and I have a new 10 week challenge for myself to help me stay aware. We'll see how it goes.


End of personal challenge--week 6

Well my personal challenge is at an end. I have changed my habits some, but I need to keep working at it because on some things I'm still fighting myself so I do not overeat. Also that funny thing called life intervened and walking even such a short time as 20 min. a day was not always possible. I am being consistent with my belly dancing workout though so that is good. I also ended with a 3lb. loss, even with week 5's 1 1/2lb. gain, so I am happy about that. I do feel that I learned alot about myself and have a clear view of the right path, so it was worth it. :)

Well after 4 weeks of no gains, I went and stressed out and sabotaged myself and gained 1 1/2lbs. I just need to get my head back in the game and stay on the right track.

Well day 2 was ok and day 3 was AWFUL; but since I weigh in on Saturday's, I always take one day to eat what I want and get it out of my system. Have to be good now. This was a great challenge and I'm really glad we had it. I had no idea a mm blast was sooooo much! no more of them.... :)
