    Sounds to me like you have a very doable goal. Take the time to plan ahead to make it happen, stock your shelves, make meal plans in advance. If it's something you really want you can and should make this happen!

After a long work day I love to have a glass of wine however its turning into more than a glass! I know it also sabotages my trying to lose weight but I just hate to give it up. Help!

  if it really is turning into more than one a day, you may want to consider something else to relax with.

    It's true that wine and other drinks can add up in calories. I think the key is in enjoying these in moderation (like, sweets and other items we like with higher calories!). It's helped me to walk after stressful work days. Just a 10-minute walk can make such a difference in winding down after a busy day.
