    Resistance bands. You can change the amount of resistance easily with them and there's hundreds of moves you can do with them. :)

Question-5) What can you improve upon? Well, let's see-there are few options on an island this small, especially since I have only completed a few years of Japanese. One Firecracker suggested body weight exercises-that was a good suggestion, one that I have tried. But I wanted to kick it up a notch. I can increase the weights I have at home a bit to do exercises that my trainer in the States already showed me; I can wait till I furlough in the summer; I can try more Spark videos. The "want to" is there, just not the opportunity right now (Yesterday's option turned out to be cardio only).

Hi again,
Day 4) How are you doing day by day? Well, I found a number for a gym off base that speaks English (at least their ad was in English) tonight and plan to call tomorrow. Swam alone on Sunday, got ST on Monday with a friend and swam with a different friend right before. Swam and exercised yesterday and today, and scheduled in my calendar for the rest of the week except tomorrow when I can't exercise except walking before work and at lunch due to other ongoing commitments.

Question 3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I am hanging out with friends who also do ST-usually with me. It is more fun to work out with a friend, and makes me more likely to go work out instead of making excuses myself-like being too tired, etc. I am less likely to let down a friend than to forget a promise to myself! Back tomorrow, same time, same place. See you then!
