Have been away from this page for quite awhile! Good news is I have lost some weight bad news not nearly to goal yet! But twenty pounds is twenty pounds and I'd rather be down twenty than up! Have been using a diet plan for about four months now and that has brought me down twenty. Exercising regularly although not every day. Lets see, lots of news, engaged now for almost a year to a wonderful man. Getting married on Feb. 14th. Kids are good! Life is good. Reset my goal so that I lose the rest of the weight by August 31 next year which will be my 43rd birthday!
