Well, I have been on this program and dutifully (almost always) have watched portions and tracked food for three weeks. I've also biked 3 to 4 times a week. I feel better, my clothes are looser, and my legs are thinner, but I have only lost 2 pounds. I'm rather sad about that because I'd like to lose a bit faster. I guess not gaining is worth something!
We're heading out Friday for FL to visit my family and that is always a difficult time to stay on a program, so I hope that I can maintain what little progress I've made!
