Another pound

Well, it's going slow, but I'm really proud that I've kept up the food diary and the exercise. I'm worried that when I travel to Cambodia and Vietnam I won't be able to keep track of things, but I'll try to at least pay attention!

Well, I have been on this program and dutifully (almost always) have watched portions and tracked food for three weeks. I've also biked 3 to 4 times a week. I feel better, my clothes are looser, and my legs are thinner, but I have only lost 2 pounds. I'm rather sad about that because I'd like to lose a bit faster. I guess not gaining is worth something!

We're heading out Friday for FL to visit my family and that is always a difficult time to stay on a program, so I hope that I can maintain what little progress I've made!

    Hi ~ I have been in this for 9 wks . . . & have lost 18 lbs so far (ave. 2 lbs. a week ) . I like this because you ease into things which makes it easier, less likely to give up! (hopefully) I too, never heard of this until one of my Daycare parents told me about it & its FREE . . . nothing to loose by trying, right?
