Got in to see the Neurology department today to confirm that my "tension headaches" are really Migraines. It sucks to hear this but I am glad I now and a diagnosis and a game plan and hopefully I can get on top of them. It is so hard to go day in and day out with a headache.

So happy to get on the scale today and see I am down 1.1 lbs since last week. It is not as much as I was doing but it is something. We have 5 more weeks left of our biggest looser competition and I want to loose 9.6 more pounds to make my personal goal I set for this. This small loss this week has given me the inspiration I have lost the last few weeks. I know I CAN do this!!

Okay this week is the first week since the start of the year I have gained weight. Granted it was only .2 pounds it still went up not down. After 2 weeks of around 4 pounds and last weeks 2.5 it is a hard hit.

I am still tracking but maybe not making the best choices. Still staying under but a lot of snacking that may not be necessary and not enough protein.

Also have missed a few days at the gym not feeling good.

Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get back in the game.

For our biggest looser competition I am still the highest overall weight loss at 4./89% lost but 2nd place is close at 3.91%. This is a huge accomplishment as we have 13 people in all competing.

Lets get through today and bring on tomorrow!!

    Right now I get a lot of my Protein from drinking a Muscle Milk after my workout. I feel I need to find more ways to fit it in my diet. It is hard to find stuff to get me to that goal and stay under my calories.

    I need to get back to getting more protein, too! Somehow I've been slipping. So we just need to do a little analysis, and get it going. :)

I think I may be insane!! I got invited to join the Honors Program and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at school and have decided to join both. I am already so stressed and now I have added on more onto my plate. I just have to remember that this will look good when filling out my nursing application, bachelor's program application, and future jobs. Talk about becoming a new me!!!

Rewarding myself!

This weekend I treated myself to a pedicure with my mom for making it under 195. It was so nice to be pampered and to know I worked so hard for it.

Tomorrow is our next weigh in for biggest looser and I DID NOT do so good this weekend. To much going on outside the home so it was hard to track. It is however life and I have to move on.

Wish me luck!! We will see what the scale brings tomorrow!!
