Tomorrow is our first weigh in on the biggest looser competition I am having with 12 hours. I am so nervous I can hardly control myself. Every time I walk into the bathroom I want to pull out the scale but I keep saying NO you need to wait the full week. I have gone to the gym 6 of the last 7 days and I have been really trying to log my food. I have been really good at staying under 1500 and when I started with a new personal trainer last week he told me to try for 1200 and amazingly I have done it. I feel so much better about myself and so excited to see what tomorrow morning brings. I would love to be under 200 pounds again but feel that may be asking to much so I will be happy with what I get and know I worked so hard to reach it.

Yesterday I commented that I was so excited that I got Zumba 2 and Just Dance 3 for my Wii and could not wait to use them. Well I was SOOO excited that I went home got it all set up and did one dance and set up a date to have a friend come over tonight so we can party it up!! She has all the other just dance games and will be bringing those as well. Now the count down to tonight begins!! I can't wait! emoticon

Proud Of Myself!!

Proud of myself!! Today I went to the gym to do my 50 minute group training and nobody else showed up so we still did a 30 min one on one then I did the elliptical and the bike so I worked out for well over an hour. Also today when a coworker brought me treats from a new recipe she tried I took only a few bites then later threw it out (when she was not looking of course).

I have been feeling really down lately about my life style and have decided I really need to get things back on track. Today my co-worker brings me a donut and hot chocolate for breakfast!!I am loving the gesture but it makes me feel like I HAVE to eat it because it was given to me. How do you avoid these situations?

    She does!! Today she brought a box of poptarts for my drawer because I gave her some last week even though I told her not to. They have been sitting there untouched because I don't want to eat that stuff. I just did not want to be rude and toss it out. Looks like the pop tarts will be given away one by one also. emoticon

    been there...experienced that!! of course the fact that it was brought specifically for you doesn't help!! I just try to nibble VERY slowly by breaking it into pieces when I feel I MUST eat something. does your coworker know about the fact that you are trying to follow a more healthy lifestyle? letting word of that get around my office took quite a bit of the pressure off... :)
