Well the holidays brought me to 172. Got myself down to 162, but again settled in at 165 where I have remained now the last few weeks. I decided it was time to hire a personal trainer. I am completely dedicated to working out. It's just this ankle injury is still here and it's really frustrating to have the pain. Starting a full hour workout tonight. Had a half hour session already. Back to tracking the eating too. I am setting a goal- 150 but not sure what will happen.
