    Very great idea until people find out they won't make them- I read the forum boards about people feeling they failed and I am sure you have too Mark.. Many are having a hard time getting back into the swing of things with disappointment thinking this extra pressure away of thinking... Actually it is better to step way from seasonal reasons, get off the competition bus and think long haul to help keep working their program.

I think it is a really sad thing to push people to think this way- because the reality is not everyone realises they are not sewed together or up to the chop of these challenges mentally when they don't work out.. It can rip motivation right out from under their feet..

It is better to plug repetition, food journal and being active no matter what... Everything doesn't have to be a challenge..

Building forum members up again after a epic failure in their eyes is tough work..

Getting it wrong...

There's lots of info out there about getting it right and yet still we struggle...

What about taking an honest look at where we get it wrong. I "forget" to plan my food and unintentionally skip a few meals and then overeat. I don't notice how stressed I have become and spontaneously overeat.

It's scorching hot and I leave my water bottle in the fridge.

I forget to pick up my dumbells now and again or write in my page a day diary...

And yet, thanks to Ray Dalio and my creation of some principles I am still becoming fitter, stronger and healthier...

Transactional Analysis and weight loss...

Have just passed my presentation on using Transactional Analysis to guide the weight loss process at the Berne Institute - Ian Stewart advised me to create a one day or half day workshop and present it at a national or international conference...

Happy days - one more presentation and one small assignment and then my assignments for my MSc finished.

Sleepless nights and feeling anxious are an initial effect of an upturn in temperature and not upping water intake through change of food / drinking more plain water...

So if you schedule in some water then you'll be fine...

Simple stuff that works - London is having a heat wave - happy days and sleepless nights...

    makes a note and refills my water jug... strangely enough we are having hot weather in suffolk atm, and whether it was because i drank more yesterday or not i had a better nights certainly going to drink more i the hot weather now. emoticon
