Once again i am on a mission. I was on here in Nov 2012.. i did loose some weight.. but fast i lost interested.. i have taken a real GOOD look at my self in the mirror, and i am not liking what i see.. I have set a date for my wedding, July 10,2014.. This is also my date for my goal weight.. We are getting married at Hilton Head on the beach.. so that means, looking good.
I have started off well the last week. getting up early in the morning before work to hit my treadmill and total gym.. i work out 30 minutes on my treadmill, using the weight loss programs on the treadmill. I switch them daily. Then i hit the total gym for about 20minutes.
Should i up the amount of time on the treadmill to 45 minutes a day? the programs are 30 minutes long. I change the program daily.. My treadmill has 4 different weightless programs.
