I need to find the place in my life where I can be stressed out with out the uncontrollable desire to feed my face. Why can't I be the person that has to work out when they are stressed? I guess it is just how the cards were dealt.
Goal For the Week
*learn to manage stress, without using food as a crutch.

    I feel what you're saying. As soon as I feel bad about something, not only do I look toward food, but my motivation to work out goes out the window. I'm trying to find my way also. We'll continue to be there for each other.
I'm trying to tell myself that if I at least don't make really horrible food choices, it will be easier to get back on track.
Make yourself a promise (write it down on paper and post it on your mirror, fridge, wherever) and look at it every day to help yourself along.
You don't have to be Superwoman, just a Survivor for now.

I have done very little journaling since I joined SP, and I have decided to make it one of my daily goals. I am really feeling like I am on the right track, and that is very exciting for me! I truely feel like this is going to be a life changing experience. This has turned out to be such an amazing journey, I want to buckle up everyone that I love, and take them along for the ride!

The liberation of finally decideing that you are ready to take ff excess pounds is so liberating. Frustrating is when you realize that you have put on 4 1/2 pounds since the last time you wighed yourself.
