Grande skinny Caramel Mach (my FAVE) at Starbucks and Spinach feta wrap-470 cals total. More calories than I usually have for breakfast but worth it. Of course this will not be an everyday occurance.

I also found a resource on Runner's that will prepare me for my 10K in June. The plan charts out runs that you need to do over a 5-week period to help you build your endurance for the race. I am so excited to begin my transformation.

Training for a 10k (by myself). I have never been a runner and, frankly, I don't like running but I am committed to this but don't know how to push past this wall. I guess I will be ok running everyday. Anyone have any pearls of wisdom?

Today while in Whole Foods, I found something that is going to help me get through-SUGAR FREE cookies. Low cal, very low sodium, protein. This is going to allow me guilt-free "sugar" when I need it.
I also scored sugar-free protein bars which I will need on my work out days. And they are on sale today only.
