After a doctor's visit last Monday, I sat down and plotted my assault on my weight, diet, and exercise log. Thank goodness for Spark, it makes it much easier to do all of that in one place!!!
I started logging what I was eating, entered my goals, and then decided to plug in a few measurements, thinking that it would be some time before I would see any improvement.
I've been walking and weight training, plus keeping my caloric intake at about 1500.
I decided to remeasure myself this morning and have lost on the order of 6 1/2 inches. Interesting. Time will tell if this is a fluke, I guess.
And if it's not a fluke, well then skirt flip for me!!
