Foods rich in Omega 3's and foods that are low on the glycemic index do not help cancer cells grow and offer you protection...salmon, flax seeds and oils, chia seeds, turmeric and black pepper, leeks, onions, garlic, shallots, broccoli, blueberries, almonds, walnuts, raspberries, cabbage, green tea, mint, rosemary, thyme, oregano, spinach, brussel sprouts, agave nectar (instead of sugar).

Only meats from animals that have been grass fed and/or fed linseed. And yes, organic foods have been proven scientifically to be beneficial.

Fill up your plate with vegetables, with your meat as a side dish, instead of the other way 'round.
