I've been stuck on a set of numbers for a while now and can't seem to get the last couple pounds off to get over the hump.
I got to this point before by only doing cardio and this time I'm lifting weights and doing cardio. I feel like this will be better for long-term keeping the weight off.
I need a boost! Or an idea to mix things up to get over the hump!!
